Chelsea are reportedly considering Vincent Kompany as one of four potential candidates for their managerial position.
This follows the departure of Graham Potter and Frank Lampard’s interim appointment as boss.
Kompany, a Manchester City legend, has impressed Chelsea with his efforts in leading Burnley back into the Premier League and is also said to be of interest to Tottenham.
Other strong contenders for the role include former Bayern Munich boss Julian Nagelsmann, ex-Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino, and former Spain and Barcelona coach Luis Enrique
Although Kompany has been noted for implementing an attacking mindset at Turf Moor, he has expressed no intention of leaving Burnley.
