In the Ashanti Region's Kumasi, the Great Faith Rockery School bus crashed into a ditch on Tuesday, injuring at least 14 students who were on board.
While the other students are being treated at the Asokwa Children's Hospital, four of the students aboard the bus are being watched at a private facility in Ahodwo.
The police verified that the accident, which happened during rush hour, resulted vehicle gridlock on the Ahodwo-Asokwa section.
Eyewitnesses said that the driver lost control of the steering wheel, veered off the road, and fell into a ditch.
The kids' situations are stable, according to the doctors.
The good news is that they are largely stable, according to Asokwa Children's Hospital doctor Fred Fongang.
Of those, four have minor injuries and a few of them will take X-rays. But majority of them are stable and will be going home and will come back for review.
